What enterprise engagement covers
The enterprise program is designed for organizations with recurring certification volume, embedded API integrations, multi-location operator needs, or requirements for custom evidence workflows. Eligible use cases include: jeweler and marketplace platforms certifying multiple items per month; financial or insurance institutions requiring integration with their internal records systems; auction houses and estate services with existing laboratory relationships; and AI system operators embedding the MCP contract into their product.
Custom pricing and volume terms
Enterprise pricing is negotiated based on anticipated certification volume, tier distribution, integration complexity, and support requirements. Volume commitments may qualify for per-submission rate reductions below the standard T2/T3/T4 list prices. Pricing is documented in a signed Order Form or Enterprise Agreement and supersedes the standard fee schedule for the contract term.
SLA and support
Enterprise contracts may include negotiated SLAs for review turnaround, API uptime, and support response time. Dedicated account management is available for qualifying enterprise customers. Standard customers are served through the support channel at support@provenanceverified.org on a best-effort basis; enterprise SLAs are binding commitments and are documented in the executed agreement.
Multi-seat access and evidence integration
Enterprise contracts may include multi-seat operator access with role-based permissions, allowing multiple authorized users within one organization to submit, review, and manage certification records. Evidence integration — including direct API connections to qualifying laboratory partners — requires approval of the integration design and a signed evidence integration addendum.
Contract negotiation and onboarding
To begin the enterprise engagement process, contact enterprise@provenanceverified.org with a brief description of your organization, anticipated use case, volume estimate, and any specific integration requirements. An enterprise team member will respond within 3 business days. No enterprise pricing or SLA applies until an Enterprise Agreement or Order Form is fully executed by both parties.
